Yoga Classes for Every Body

This introductory class for 50+ addresses concerns related to strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and stress management with a safe & accessible program of yoga poses, breathing practices and introductory meditation. Six-week series starting Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2 p.m. Register in advance here.


KID YOGA  Designed to promote healthy bodies and minds through physical, cognitive and creative practices, we explore mindfulness, yoga postures, breathing, games and relaxation. Our goal is to build awareness, confidence and healthy bodies, as well as to give kids the tools they need to better cope with life stresses. Six-week series starting Wednesday, Jan. 23, 4 p.m.! Register here

We’ve added ‘stir’ Artisan Tisanes to our Sip & Stretch series! We now offer four yoga-and-sipping experiences, starting with tea tasting on Feb. 8 ($25). Core Strength and Body Balance: A Rehabilitative Pilates Mini Series.   This therapeutic series will escalate your muscular balance, strength and movement control around the core, hips and shoulders. It takes a deep look at minimizing pain in the body, especially around the low back, neck, shoulders, upper back, hips and knees. Email instructor Hannah Barnes at for more info and to register. MOM-AND-BABY YOGA   Having a hard time fitting in a yoga practice? Mom-and-baby yoga offers the chance to move your body, bond with your baby and enjoy the company of other moms-with-babes. No yoga experience necessary. Wednesdays, 12 p.m., Feb. 27 – April 10.
