Yoga Classes for Every Body

WELCOME, SPRING!

Our spring schedule is underway! See our full schedule and register for classes here. You can also find updates on our Facebook page. Office hours are Tuesdays 12 to 2 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The studio is also open before and after regularly scheduled classes.

 

SUMMER SADHANA:   Join Yeva for 5 early-morning vinyasa practices to feel the power of a daily practice. Each day begins with a theme and intention. Sadhana is time you set aside each day for your well-being practices. By beginning your morning with yoga, breath-work and intention, you set yourself up for your day with clarity, strength and awareness. All levels welcome. Register hereAugust 12-16, 6:15-7:30 am. Cost: $60.

 

MOUNTAIN MAGIC MONDAYS
Naomi Nyuli’s Monday morning practice continues! This flow class weaves together a variety of postures that focus on stretching and strengthening with therapeutic principles that blend restorative yoga, breath work and meditation. Register hereMondays 9:15 am. 

 

 

 

UNWIND THE WEEK 
Sandra Cooper teaches a Hatha flow class that will focus equally on strength and flexibility; on building up and letting go. All levels are welcome to explore breath, guided meditation, movement and relaxation. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating inner awareness as well as body awareness. Register in advance hereFridays 5:30 pm.

 

NEW MANYOGA SERIES

Our next ManYoga series starts April 1 & 2. Join Phillipa for gentle basic yoga with a focus on easing stiff muscles, enhancing flexibility and relaxation. Mondays, 8:30 p.m., in Smithers and Tuesdays, 10 a.m., in Telkwa. Register here.

 

 

YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGEING
This introductory class for 50+ addresses concerns related to strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and stress management with a safe & accessible program of yoga poses, breathing practices and introductory meditation. Register in advance here.
