Here’s a glimpse of what’s happening currently at our studio. For details, please see the full schedule. The studio is open immediately before and after classes. Office hours until mid-May are Fridays 9 am to 12 p.m. and Saturdays 9:30-11:30 am.

Register now for our next SIP & STRETCH offering! Beer yoga was a blast — wine and coffee yoga promise to be just as fun! Join us for a yoga practice followed by a tasting of these delicious libations. Upcoming dates are May 26, 5 p.m. for yoga and wine tasting ($35) and June 10, 10 a.m. for yoga and coffee tasting ($20).


PELVIC HEALTH WORKSHOP: Experiencing problems such as pelvic pain or incontinence? You don’t have to “just live with it” or have surgery! In this workshop, physiotherapist Hannah Barnes introduces us to core concepts of lifelong pelvic health. $37.50. Sunday June 10, 1-3:30 pm. Space is limited. Register here.


AUGUST MEDITATION RETREAT:   Registration is now open for our five-day silent retreat, held at an off-the-grid, back country mountain ranch near Smithers. With an eye toward the greater good, a love for the natural world, and a tendency for loud belly laughs, the Wild Woman Project aims to weave a web of radiant, creative & loving women who live from the heart and open to every moment. Led in Smithers by Kaila Greenlees.  Sunday, June 10, 4-6 pm.  


Warm Yin,  Tuesdays, 7 pm.   Yin is both a gentle and encompassing yoga practice that is designed to literally open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that reside within.  A gentle approach is used to stretch the body, using longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”.  A great compliment to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.


ManYoga is gentle basic yoga with a focus on easing stiff muscles, enhancing flexibility and relaxation.  Mondays from 8:30-9:30 pm, and Tuesdays 10 am (in Telkwa). NEW SERIES STARTING in Telkwa and Smithers after May 15!



MORNING SELF-PRACTICE: THROUGHOUT THIS SPRING Full Circle offers drop-in self-practice from 9 – 10 a.m. on Fridays. There is no instruction, but an instructor is on hand to answer any questions. This is a great opportunity to develop your home practice. Suggested donation $2 (toward our scholarship program).






Just Dance is an opportunity to connect with yourself, body, mind and spirit; to let go of fears; to move freely in a judgement-free environment. Just Dance is held in a safe space, where people from all walks of life are invited to come together, take off their socks, shed their inhibitions, and just move with the music. Every second Friday, 8-10 pm. Entry by donation.

TAKING REGISTRATION NOW! for KID YOGA  Designed to promote healthy bodies and minds through physical, cognitive and creative practices. In this non-competitive environment, we’ll explore mindfulness, yoga postures, breathing, games and relaxation.
