IT’S OFFICIALLY SUMMER!

See our summer schedule and register for classes here. There have been some scheduling changes due to instructor vacations, so it’s a good idea to double check that your favourite class is running and book in advance. You can also find updates on our Facebook page. The studio is open before and after regularly scheduled classes.

 

 

AUGUST RETREAT      There are still a few spots left in our six-day meditation and yoga retreat held in August, but they won’t last long! These retreats, held at a remote location in the Bulkley Valley, always fill up in advance, so book soon. UNWIND THE WEEK 
Sandra teaches a Hatha flow class that will focus equally on strength and flexibility; on building up and letting go. All levels are welcome to explore breath, guided meditation, movement and relaxation. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating inner awareness as well as body awareness. Register in advance hereFridays, 6:30 pm.

EARLY BIRD FLOW      Zoë offers an Early Bird Flow, Wednesdays at 7 a.m., resuming in September. Register and pay in person at the studio at time of class.
