Yoga Classes for Every Body

Hello Fall!  All our classes are 


WELCOME BACK to class… and COME VOTE.  Wherever your adventures took you this summer,  you sent in amazing photos.  There is an awesome contribution of entries into our 2nd Annual Summer Asana Photo Contest.  They are so good we’ve printed them all, and are putting them up at our Smithers Studio.  Come check them out, vote on your favourite and enter the People’s Choice Draw. The photos will be up for the next few weeks and then we’ll announce the contest winners.



KID YOGA classes are starting!  They’re specially designed to promote healthy bodies and minds through physical, cognitive and creative practices. In this non-competitive environment, we’ll explore mindfulness, yoga postures, breathing, games, and relaxation.  Our goal is to build awareness, confidence and healthy bodies, as well as to give kids the tools they need to better cope with life stresses.  Pre-register: Wednesdays, Sept 20-Oct 25. Age 5-7 3:30-4:15, age 8-11 4:30-5:15 pm.  Instructors Yeva Glover and Chrissy Melymick.


full-circle-yoga-140NEW THIS FALL – Warm Yin with instructor Yeva Glover.  Yin is both a gentle and encompassing yoga practice that is designed to literally open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that reside within.  A gentle approach is used to stretch the body, using longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”.  A great compliment to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.  Tuesdays, 7 pm.


We have a Prenatal Yoga class starting!  Mondays at lunch, beginning in October. Discover a nurturing yoga practice that will carry you through the stages of pregnancy and labour.  This is a pre-registered class that runs in six week sessions.  Please register soon as it is getting full.




ManYoga is making a long awaited return in September as well!   ManYoga is just that, gentle basic yoga with a focus on easing stiff muscles, enhancing flexibility and relaxation.  Join instructor Craig Stewart on Mondays from 8:30-9:30 pm.

Peaceful Warrior: A Yoga Workshop for Youth  We’re pleased to announce that Full Circle instructor Chrissy Melymick is offering this empowering introduction to yoga and mindfulness. Appropriate for anyone between the ages of 12 and 18. No previous experience is required.






In October we’re hosting MEDITATION: THE FINAL FRONTIER, a four-week meditation series with Roger Jaques.   Roger’s passion is to provide practical applications of seemingly esoteric Yogic & Buddhist philosophy for our busy lives.  Roger spent over a decade of intense training with Geshe Michael Roach at the Diamond Mountain Retreat Centre in Arizona.  This resulted in thousands of hours of practice in the Buddhist Sutras & Tantras culminating in a traditional 3-year silent retreat.  Additional training includes direct teaching from Swami Muktibodhananda, author of the renowned commentary to the Hath Yoga Pradipika.
