Private Yoga classes take a deep look at your breathing and movement patterns.  In one-on-one sessions, we get to the root of tension in your body. From there we design a program specifically for you  –  of gentle yoga poses, breathing and deep relaxation techniques –  to release strain and restore pain-free movement to your system.

Phillipa Beck, RYT 500, Y.Ed., founder of Full Circle Yoga Eduction & Instruction, is a certified yoga teacher and yoga educator.  She trained at the Salt Spring Centre’s internationally recognized Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2003-2004, and is a Level 1 Yoga for Anxiety & Depression instructor.  Phillipa is co-founder of Northern Sky Meditation & Yoga Retreats, and owner of Full Circle Yoga Studios in Smithers, BC.
